I feel a bit like I had a partial epiphany today.

I'm famous for food sneaking.  Today, even though the only creatures that could have known if I "cheated" and ate extra taco bueno were my dogs... and they don't talk much...

Regardless, I endeavored and bought 4 tacos (crunchy shell, beef, a bit of cheese, plenty of lettuce and tomatoes) - 2 for tim, and 2 for me for lunch.  Besides those, today, I ate a 4 oz. tuna steak, 2/3 c corn and 1/3 c chopped bell peppers.  I also drank a goodly amount of green tea.

Tomorrow, I'm focusing on waking up at a reasonable time to eat breakfast... Today, it was almost 1pm.

Also, I'm gonna need to go shopping soon... I have weird items... lots of canned soup... I guess canned soup it is!

Book Club tomorrow - looking forward to that!!

New Years!

2014 goals...

1.  Exercise EVERY DAY. If it becomes habit, that would be ideal.
2.  Count calories and try to eat whole/natural foods.
3.  "Speed Clean" house daily.
4.  Write more letters/notes.
5.  Become a better wife.
6.  Document my life on a blog because everything I say/think is shockingly important (not to mention relevant to every single person) and is really for the betterment of society as a whole, right?


I realize it's already technically the 6th... but it's the 5th... My date changes when I sleep.

I'm starting the calorie counting/exercising tomorrow, which is a Monday. My sister and mom are doing it, too.

My house is always messy. I guess my realistic goal for 3-5 would be "be more like my mom."

We'll see how this goes.
